​I am a fully qualified Sports Masseuse and Sports Therapist providing a range of treatments for sport, lifestyle or occupational injuries, aches and pains. 

In 2014 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Physical Education & Coaching Sciences from the University of Birmingham. Since graduating I have also qualified as a Sports Therapist through the Barnes School of Sports Therapy. 

I'm experienced in treating a range of athletes from professional golfers to rugby teams to assist in maintenance, performance and recovery. Sports massage can greatly benefit anyone whether the injury was sustained in the garden or on the rugby pitch.
